Our fees vary depending upon the type of services we provide:
Tax Research and IRS Representation: $175.00 per hour
Accounting, Bookkeeping and Administrative Services: $125.00 per hour
Tax Return Preparation Services: These fees vary with the detail and complexity of the work (see below):
Monthly Write-Up Services: Minimum Fee - $150.00 per month. These fees vary with the detail and complexity of the work.
Payroll Services: These fees vary depending upon payroll frequency, number of employees and additional services such as direct deposit and check writing.
Business Plan Preparation: Minimum Fee - $1,100.00. These fees vary depending upon the depth and scope of the plan.
Tax Return Preparation Fees:
Personal Tax Returns
Our minimum fee for preparing Form 1040 is $150.00. In addition to our base fee for preparing Form1040, additional charges are associated with each schedule and worksheet required to be included with your Form 1040. Our minimum fee for preparing Form1040 for self-employed individuals (Schedule C) is $300.00.
Business Tax Returns
Our minimum fee for preparing S Corp and Partnership (including LLC) tax returns is $600.00, C Corp (including LLC) tax returns start at $750.00 and for nonprofits the minimum fee is $800.00. In addition to our base fee for preparing your business or nonprofit tax return, additional charges may be associated with each supplemental form and worksheet required to be included with your return. If the preparation of your return requires accounting or bookkeeping services, fees will be computed utilizing the above hourly rate(s).
Our Billing Policy:
We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. In certain cases we may require a deposit or a retainer; particularly for IRS representation. All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. Payment for all income tax preparation is due when you pick up your return(s).
